Sereneburi Patong Residence

We took a family room for our friends. The manager was really helpful and cordial. Though the rating was not good much in this app, but I loved their room. They provided us 1 double bed, 1 single bed and, 1 bunk bed with two beds. The room was neat and clean and also we have complementary water and coffee in the room. The washroom was good containing enough toiletries.

Value for money was great, the room (Junior Villa) was very spacious.

Location

Nothing the beds was so uncomfortable the lifts was broken so had to carry suitcases up 4 flights of stairs this has to be the worst place I have ever stayed
